SHIPPING POLICY
All purchases shipping within the United States will receive free complimentary shipping via USPS Ground, otherwise $8.00 per order price less than $100.00.
With respect to the shipment of products and services sold through the Website, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Should your item not be received but your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, please contact mail@fragrus.com we will further assist with filing a USPS claim on your behalf.
We do NOT ship to PO boxes, military addresses and non-permanent addresses.
We also do NOT ship to certain territories or states, and these include AK, AS, GU, MP, PR, TT and VI
During peak times of the year, i.e. Holidays, there may be delays in shipping due to our logistics carrier, USPS. We aim to deliver within 5-8 business days once the order is confirmed. This time frame may be delayed due to logistics delays caused by weather and/or issues unforeseen by our processing team.
If you have made an error entering your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours at mail@fragrus.com and we will do our best to update the order. Orders are processed as received. Please note our business hours are 8am-3.00pm EST, Monday to Friday. Orders are processed automatically on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that change requests may add additional processing time to your order. Please note change requests outside of the 2-hour time frame cannot be accommodated due to our automated order processing system
